Randi Nathanson

When I founded The Nathanson Group in 1993, I was the ‘Group.’ The firm has grown since then and I feel fortunate to work with a group of attorneys and staff who are all committed to the common goal of providing the highest quality of legal services to our clients.

Randi has been practicing law since 1979, specializing since 1980 in the representation of health care clients in transactional and regulatory matters. Randi has a broad range of experience handling transactions involving the purchase, sale, leasing and management of nursing homes, hospitals and assisted living facilities, public and private financing transactions, such as commercial loan transactions, revolving credit agreements and tax exempt bond financings, and dealing with state regulators on issues related to licensure, certification and certificates of need. Most recently, Randi took from concept to reality the firm’s new business line— Approvalign^®.
